Chef Robert Benett

Our chef for our Argentina-inspired meal is Robert Benett.

Chef Benett grew up in Suwanee, GA, and attended Culinary School in New York City at the French Culinary Institute. He interned with renowned Mexican Chef & Food Network Star Aaron Sanchez in New York City. Chef has worked at 5-Diamond Resorts The Phoenician, A Luxury Collection Resort and the JW Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona.

He worked for BLT Steak in Charlotte, followed by stints at Carpe Diem, Vivace, and most recently the Omni Charlotte Hotel before joining the Hilton University Place.

He is a huge proponent of using ingredients within a 250 mile radius of Charlotte as the South has so many amazing produce, cheese, and meat options. Chef is excited to produce an amazing experience for all of our guests.
