Waiver and Release

I am aware that the event will be held in person and, on behalf of  myself, my heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, I  agree to hold the members of the Queen City Tango Marathon and staff  & Hilton Hotel (together referred to as “Organizer”) harmless and agree to discharge, release, or waive any claim of liability or damages  for any injury, physical or emotional, that I might suffer as a result  of my participating in the Queen City Tango Marathon.  This waiver specifically includes but is not limited to the remote possibility that I may contract COVID-19 or any variant of COVID-19 while participating at the event, or other injuries related to this event whether specifically dance related or otherwise. Should any claim be brought by me against Organizer for liability and/or damages resulting from my participation in this event, I will be responsible for paying Organizer’s reasonable attorney fees and cost for having to defend against such action.

A full refund will be available to anyone to cancels before December 1st. a 50% refund will be available to anyone who cancels before January 1st. No refunds will be issued after January 1st.
