Dancing as One

Building on the previous workshop, as we delve deeper into the Tango ConfiDance mindset, the results multiply. In this workshop, we will be also working on that perfect abrazo, and the connection with your partner. This is not a dance class. You will be sitting during this workshop and are welcome to bring a pillow to help you relax even more. This is a standalone workshop, but you will receive more benefit by attending both workshops.

In this workshop, we will address:

Tango Mindfulness Workshop reviews 

Inessa Zaleski, DD, CMCH, RM has various diplomas and certifications in the field of mind-body connection, including instructor certifications in hypnotherapy, NLP, and Reiki.
She is passionate about tango, and developed this high-performance tango mindset method in collaboration with maestros. Dr. Inessa has been utilizing this effective method with tango dancers in groups and in private sessions worldwide since 2016.
